Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring to class?
All I ask is that you bring a small towel and a bottle of water with you. I will provide mats and any other pilates equipment we will be using in the class.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Please note that no shoes will be worn during class- and it's your choice to wear socks or go barefoot.
How do I determine which level of class I should take?
Please contact me if you have previous experience with pilates and are unsure of which level class may be right for you.
I would prefer to drop-in to your classes; is that an option?
Unfortunately I cannot accommodate a drop-in service at this time. Because the classes are progressive it is not appropriate to have different clients drop in each week.
What if I have to miss a class out of the block of 6?
I can offer you the chance to make up a class in another time slot during the 6 week block, depending on availability. Please email me the date you will miss and I can email you some options for make up classes. I cannot offer more than 1 make up class within the block of classes.
What happens if I am sick for a class during the block I booked into?
As above, please let me know as soon as possible if you are going to miss the class and I will try to offer you an alternative class during the same block.
