Class Descriptions
Thanks for checking out what classes I offer! I believe Pilates is best taught to small groups of people with similar fitness levels and experience which is why there are so many options below. If you are unsure which class might be best for you please just get in touch! My class timetable can be found here.
All my classes are booked in 6 week blocks and are progressive in nature. This means as you develop your core strength and flexibility you will learn more challenging exercises. Instead of "dropping in" you will get the benefit of regular practice of specific exercises geared to your current level.
All of the exercises I teach can be modified for injuries or chronic conditions- please let me know upon booking so I can prepare alternatives for you. If needed I may request you book a 1:1 session so we can assess your current requirements.

If you book 6 sessions I will provide you with a 50 minute audio guide, tailored specifically to you for your home practice.
